Project Overview

CA Drillers were appointed by Mace to deliver specialist diamond drilling, concrete cutting, and controlled demolition services as part of the redevelopment of Chelsea Barracks, one of London’s most prestigious residential projects.

Located in the City of Westminster, the former British Army barracks site covers approximately 13 acres and is being transformed into a luxury mixed-use development. The £3 billion project includes the construction of nearly 450 high-end residential homes, retail spaces, a health centre, and leisure facilities, with completion scheduled for 2024.

Project Scope

To ensure efficient project delivery, CA Drillers established a dedicated on-site office and equipment storage facility.
